Returns

We currently do not accept returns for any products once delivered.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed if the bottle(s) were received in a *cracked or damaged condition*.

• Refund request must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp or email.
